There is no software to install or maintain, and because North Star is web-based (user name and password protected) you can be on-line from anywhere, anytime managing job listings, as well as searching and tracking applicants.

If I subscribe to North Star, who will have access to my database, besides myself?
Individuals within your organization who have been granted North Star access privileges by you and our North Star system administrator. Each organization is only able to see their candidate and position information and no one else's. We do not distribute your information to ANYONE.
